R2G - Prima Flower Top Note

I started with a black card.  I cut a TH Ornamental Top Note from Designer Paper from Stampin Up! in black and white. I wrapped a length of silver organza ribbon across the bottom of the top note trimmed off the extra.  Tape the ends to the back of top note.  Tie the short end in a knot onto the length on the front of the top note. Trim the ends. Glued the top note to the card front. I added gold, silver, white and red silk flowers above the ribbon all held in place with a large silver brad.
