Wrap the seam binding ribbon around the background layer leaving room for the flag and heart. Tie and knot the ribbon. Adhere the background paper to the card front. The flag was color printed with stipple design and a flag shape printed on the back to help with making an even flag. Trim the flag with scissors and then adhere to the card front. The hearts were made with the Martha Stewart Lattice Heart Punch in red card stock. Add the heart as shown. Trim the ends of the ribbons.
