I made this card for a challenge on one of my on-line groups. The challenge is was to make a friendship card.
I printed the birthday greeting on the white card before I cut the Friend letters with the Stampin Up Little Letters thin-lits. I cut the white layer to 3.75 x 5.00". I paired it with one of my alcohol ink backgrounds from this session. The background was cut at 5.25 x 4.00" and glued it to the card front. I added a strip of Washi Tape across the centre of the card. Over that, I added some silk flowers in bright pink and deep purple held in place with a black brad. This layer was then adhered to the card front with 3D foam tape which creates great shadows in the Friend word.

Card - Frame It Challenge
I made this card for a Frame It Challenge. I started with a green card. I cut a piece of designer paper then a larger one in navy blue with the Spellbinder Label One Nestabilities. I then used the direct to paper technique on the card front with a navy ink pad. I adhered the Label One then added the Martha Stewart butterfly punchie in a soft warm blue color. I added the greeting with the Stampin Up! Modern Label Punchie and the Word Window punch.

Card - Challenge - Jar
I made this card for one of my on-line groups. The challenge was to use a jar on the card.
I searched on-line and found this jar at Sweetly Scrapped. I printed it on vellum and fussy cut around the image. I printed the daisies from Graphics Fairy on yellow DP. I then dug out the chalks I haven't used in a while and applied some to the back of the jar, the flowers and stems, and the background of the image. I mounted the flowers onto a blue card with french script from Graphics Fairy too as the background. I added some thin twine around the neck of the jar. It needed something else, so I added a thin black border on the yellow done by hand.

Card - Challenge - Pocket
I made this card for a challenge at CST. We need to put a pocket on our card. I started by stamping the pocket in Brilliant Blue onto the yellow gingham paper. No credit on the stamp. I cut the pocket out with scissors. I found blue designer paper and cut it into strips in different widths. I rubbed their edges with the BB ink pad then glued them down to the card. I punched a Modern Label punch from the yellow gingham then layered the greeting onto it. It is adhered to the card front with 3D foam tape. I glued the flower to the card then layered the pocket over it then the blue button over that. I put yellow thread in the button.
