My prompt for day 12 is Ammonite.
It took quite a bit of tweeking on my circles to get the spiral the way I wanted it. I lost some of the roundness in the process.
I used Daler-Rowney Sepia Acrylic ink with a dip pen to create the outline. Wanted to create the look of sand under it.
Watercolored a basic wash then created a darker brown color to paint the crevices.
Canson Fluid Mixed Media 154lb paper cut to 4x6 inches which will allow me to create 5x7 card after I am done all 31 images.
