I wrapped my tea tin boxes in bright Easter/Spring paper. It's bright blue with colorful dots with a hint of reflective prism. I placed the treats in plastic bags and tied them closed with bright yarn. I added a color printed tag with the important details.
There will be some happy puppies tonight!!
