I started with a Kraft card which worked with the center circle. I stamped the greeting in blue ink that worked with the center circle. I used the Stampin Up! You're Amazing Happy Birthday single stamp greeting. Love that cling mount. I added a strip of white textured card stock above the greeting. I punched a green textured card stock 1.25" circle and a blue circle same size. I added texture to the blue one with the Cuttlebug Traffic Jam embossing folder. I glued the three circle evenly across the card.
