Friday's Hunt 1.22

These photos are for Friday's Hunt challenge.

Sunshine

This is Vintage Linen.  This is one of a set of three Vintage Doilies I found recently at a sale.  I loved the embroidery of a blue basket filled with pink flowers. It has a wonderful crocheted edge.

This is captured Sunshine.  I have several prisms in my living room window.  When I open the curtains in the morning the sunshine highlights bouncing around the room as the crystals move and swing.  I captured one of these on the cushion of the chair.  The colors are all there!! Love it.

This is a photo of a lake in Northern Ontario.  There are just a million of them.  There seems to be one on every corner.  This is my favorite for this week.

  2. Hello, the doilie is pretty, I like the blue basket and flowers. The prism rainbow is a cool captures, we have something similar in our house that creates these fun rainbows. The lake is a beautiful view, great photos. Happy Sunday, enjoy your new week ahead!

  3. I like your Vintage lace find. Mom used have embroiled clothes on all her little tables and the dresser tops. They were embroidered and I am thinking my grandmother made them for her. My Christmas presents from Grandma and for my birthdays too she would give all us grandkids, nine, an embroidered handkerchief.
The Ontario lake is pretty, no wonder my BIL liked to go there for fishing trips. I wasn't invited.
And we used to have a prism hang in our kitchen window. After the move it is waiting to be put in the breakfast area window but now it is still hanging from a cupboard door during the wait.
