I made this card for a family who lost their father and granddad to COVID19. Very sad!
I started with a dark blue green card base.
I added a layer of warm toned designer paper - K&Company - Addison Swirl Collage which was adhered to the card front.
I added a piece of vellum on the left hand side, folded over on the top and bottom and adhered to the inside of the card with tape.
I cut butterflies with the Sizzix Winged Beauties thinlit set. Large and medium are layered onto each other and adhered to the vellum.
I punched a Scallop Circle from the green card stock, a 1 3/8 inch circle from pink and an ivory 1 1/2 inch circle greeting in ivory. These were layered then adhered to the card front with 3D foam tape.

Christmas Card Challenge - February - Red / Hearts
The theme for my blog Christmas Card Challenge for February is Red and Hearts.
I chose an Always Artichoke card base which has some texture. The glitter designer paper is from Sweet Dreams Holiday Avenue by My Mind`s Eye. It was trimmed to leave a small border. I cut a length of blue seam binding and placed it just left of center and taped the ends to the back of the designer paper.

I cut a large heart from red velvet paper with the Sizzix Hearts#2 thin lits. I cut some warm white card stock with the next size down. I cut one from the smallest size, placed onto the white one and used a push pin to create a pierced heart shape.
I used a red crystal brad to hold the heart element onto the card front.
I designed the greeting and color printed it onto warm white card stock. I fussy cut the greeting banner and adhered it to the card front with 3D foam tape.

Card - Color Challenge - Blue, Green, Purple
I started with a Stampin Up Always Artichoke card. I color printed the Joy greeting with a digi from the Eventful Year stamp set in Marina Mist. I then stamped the Evergreen from the Lovely as a Tree stamp set in AA. I adhered this layer to the card front. I added small ribbon flags in the upper left hand corner in MM, AA and Elegant Eggplant. These are held in place with tiny white brads.

Card - Christmas for Girls
This is the same Basic Grey paper from the previous posting. I smudged the edges with Always Artichoke ink pad. I placed it onto a AA card. I placed a large red silk poinsettia, then a medium silver poinsettia then a smaller white silk flower. These are all held in place with a flower pewter brad. I punched a Stampin Up! Modern Label punch in silver and then a color printed greeting with the SU word window punch. The greeting is raised with 3D foam tape.

World Card Making Day!
I hope you make and give a card today! It's a good day to start Christmas cards. Check out my Christmas card blog challenge here. I'm at 97 cards and I need 130. On target with a couple of Christmas Card classes yet to be held.
I made this card for a friend who gave me card making supplies last week.
Started with a kraft card. Cut a square about 4" which I stamped with Stampendous marbling stamp in a couple of green inks. I mounted Stampin Up Apothecary framelit die cuts from designer paper. I placed them in a square and glued them down. I stamped a greeting in Always Artichoke with a small clear stamp and punched it with the Modern Label punch. I punched another in same colored card stock and cut it in half cross wise and offset those pieces behind the ivory one. This greeting was mounted with 3D foam tape.
